1. Cancellation & Refund Scale
100% Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of placing the booking.
70% Refund: Cancellations made 7 days to the booking start date (30% retained as an administrative fee).
0% Refund: Cancellations made 3 days prior to the booking start date are strictly non-refundable.
2. Medical Emergencies
100% Refund for Documented Emergencies: In the event of a severe medical or immediate family emergency preventing you from honoring your reservation, we will issue a 100% refund. Valid, official documentation (e.g., prescribed medical reports, hospital records) must be submitted within 7 days of the cancellation request.
Customer Declaration
I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to the Refund & Cancellation Policy above. I accept the refund scales and authorize the business to process any future cancellations in accordance with this agreement.
